The centroid of a triangle whose vertices are (x1,y1), (x_2,y_2)and(x3,y3) is given by

(x1+x2+x33,y1+y2+y33)

Hence centroid of the triangle formed by points (3,1), (5,2) and 12,6) is (3+5+123,1+2+63) or (203,3) or (623,3)
