Temperature and pH affects activity of enzymes

Explanation:

Each enzyme has optimum temperature and optimum PH.
For example salivary amylase acts better in slightly alkaline PH. when it reaches stomach acidic environment stops it's action. Most of the enzymes acts only in alkaline medium.
At lower temperature enzyme activity is slow. Most of the enzymes acts better at 37 degrees centigrade.
