Calcium should be the more electronegative element.

Explanation:

Electronegativity increases across a Period (from left to right as we look at the Table), but decreases down a Group. We have a 3rd row alkali metal versus a fourth-row alkaline earth. I am willing to bet that calcium metal will be more electronegative.
