As far as I know, neon does not a compound with sulfuric acid.

Explanation:

Neon might form a couple of fluorides or oxides, but I have not heard of a sulfate. There could be a so-called #"neonium ion"#, #NeH^+#, but these are the compounds of very few inorganic specialists.
