Explanation:
Apart from directly measuring the mass; i.e. adding the liquid to a tared container sitting on a balance, a measured volume could be delivered if we know the density of the liquid.
If we deliver a solution of known concentration, then it is simply a matter of taking the appropriate volume that contains the required stoichiometric equivalent.
