Vertex $(4/5, -1/8)$
Axis of Symmetry $x=5/4$

Given -

$y=2x^2-5x+3$

Vertex

$x=(-b)/(2a)=(-(-5))/(2xx 2)=5/4$

At $x=5/4$ value of the function

$y=2(5/4)^2-5(5/4)+3$
$y=50/16-25/4+3=(50-100+48)/16=(98-100)/16=-2/16=-1/8$

Vertex $(4/5, -1/8)$
Axis of Symmetry $x=5/4$
