Vertex (4/5, -1/8)
Axis of Symmetry x=5/4

Explanation:

Given -

y=2x^2-5x+3

Vertex

x=(-b)/(2a)=(-(-5))/(2xx 2)=5/4

At x=5/4 value of the function

y=2(5/4)^2-5(5/4)+3
y=50/16-25/4+3=(50-100+48)/16=(98-100)/16=-2/16=-1/8

Vertex (4/5, -1/8)
Axis of Symmetry x=5/4
