Not a good question............they look for #N-H#, and #O-H# bonds, and the ionic interaction between ammonium and hydroxide ion.....

But the equilibrium lies to the left as written........

Concentrated ammonia is approx. #15*mol*L^-1# with respect to #NH_3(aq)#. Sometimes this is sold as #"ammonium hydroxide"#.
