Fixation by rhizobium and fixation by dentrifying bacteria

Explanation:

Some plants have root nodules. Within these nodules live bacteria that have a symbiotic relationship with the plant. These bacteria, like rhizobium, fix the nitrogen from the air and give it to the plant in exchange for some of the sugars produced by the plant.

Denitryfing bacteria fix the nitrogen in the atmosphere as nitrates in the soil/water
