Just to retire this question, you draw the 9-membered carbon backbone first....

Explanation:

#H_3C-CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_3#

And then you number the chain appropriately....

#H_3C-stackrel2CH_2CH_2stackrel4CH_2stackrel5CH_2stackrel6CH_2CH_2CH_2CH_3#

And then you substitute the indicated carbons with the required substituent..

#H_3C-stackrel2CH_2CH_2stackrel4CHR_1stackrel5CHR_2stackrel6CHR_1CH_2CH_2CH_3#

Where #R_1=CH_2CH_3#, and #R_2=CH_2CH_2CH_3#.

The three-membered ring is also easy to do; on paper but not on this editor......
