Neighbors who live below him have gone crazy, they can not stop him, so under his influence they started throwing things out of the window. In other words they oxidize.
Neighbors who live under the janitor have apartments marked with positive numbers. These neighbors are good people. The best neighbor is the one on the floor 2,87. His name is Fluorine a.k.a. `F` and he lives on the ground floor. He is not bothered with the behavior of other bad neighbors at all. He cleans up all the items that fall on the floor. In other words he reduces.
