Explanation:
As far as I know, we don't have a way of displaying an image in the comments sections. So at best, you're going to have to settle for posting the URL of the image--or a link to the website that hosts it--as a comment.
That said, we can attach an image to the question description, so if the image is related to the question, you should consider uploading it in the question description.
Mind you, regular contributors can do that for unanswered questions. If the question has already been answered, send me a note or leave me an @mention in the comments section and I'll add it for you.
