Here, we can use the straight line equation for finding the gradient and the y-intercept for this equation

The equation of straight line:
#Y=mX+C#
and the equation we have is :
#y=(1/4)x+2#

If you just compare these two equations then u can find the gradient which is #1/4# and the y intercept is 2.

For values of the graph, if u have domain of 0<5 for example, then put the values of x from 0-5 to get the corresponding value of y.
