Explanation:
Chromatin is a fine network of thread like structures found in a eukaryotic cell which is not under division.
Chromatin consists of DNA wrapped around proteins called histone to help it fit inside the nucleus.A group of 8 histone proteins with DNA wrapped around it in sequence consists of a nucleosome.So obviously nucleosome forms chromatin and not the other way around.
The number of nucleosome however differs between species depending on the number of base pairs its genome has which ultimately comes down to length of the species' DNA
