Above the Answer box you should see something like:
Click on the "Image" selector
You should then get something that near the bottom looks like:
Clicking on the Choose File will open a window that allows you to select an image on your computer which will then be uploaded to the cloud with an automatically generated link. (make sure your cursor is where you want the image to appear in your answer)
