This means that whenever a student searches this phrase (or something similar) on Google, Ernest's answer is very likely to show up. Then, lots of students visit this page and leave likes.
As this example shows us, it can take a long time for an answer to get recognized by Google—but when an answer gets a top spot in search results, that answer is likely to get lots and lots of hearts :)
