We never got around to launching these subjects.
Explanation:
Accounting, business, and economic are not available on Socratic because the team didn't get the chance to work on them before switching their focus on developing the Socratic app.
We used to have Microeconomic and Macroeconomics as subjects, but the team decided to shut them down because they were not very popular with the students and with the community, i.e. not that many students were asking questions and not that many contributors were posting answers.
Accounting and business were listed as possible beta subjects about 1 1/2 years ago, but they didn't generate much interest in the community, which is why they were never launched on the site.
That said, these subjects could be launched in the future. When, exactly? Well, nobody knows that at the moment...
