At least 10 000 000 000 000 000 000 000.

The newest estimates at the total number of galaxies in the universe is about 100,000,000,000 (100 billion)to as much as 5 times that. The average number of per galaxy is variable. The milky way has about 300,000,000,000. There are galaxies that are much smaller and some larger so a good average would be also be about 100 billion.

The number above is 10 sextillion or 10 billion trillion.
