Are all radicals electron deficient?

  1. deficiency in Orbital(s,p,d,f) is only filled or satisfied by two electrons i.e pair of electron

2.when radical is present i.e only one electron and hence to obtain stability it is always ahead and hence they are also called electron deficient as one electron is not available
