No one knows and everyone speculates.
Explanation:
On this point just about everyone agrees that it was a singularity of some sort. As to the size, scientists who look at singularities in the form of black holes that exist in the universe today are at odds over how big they are at the "bottom." I put that word in quotes because by definition a singularity is without dimension of any sort.
