The universe is not uni-dimensional, thus, its size cannot be described with the term "feet".
Explanation:
The "limits" of the universe, which occupies three dimensions at least, are unknown. The "currently observable" universe may have a volume associated with it but assumptions as to its shape would also need to be made.
