You don't. These are perfectly easy to divide in standard rectangular form and the denominator is difficult to express exactly in trigonometric form. So

#{ 2 -2i}/(8 - 7i} times {8+7i}/{8+7i} = {(16+14)+i( -16 + 14)}/{64 +49} = 30/113 - 2/113i #
