$f \left(x\right) = 3 {x}^{2} - 7 x + 4$

Reminder: When (a + b + c) = 0, one factor is (x - 1) and the other is
$\left(x - \frac{c}{a}\right) = \left(x - \frac{4}{3}\right)$

$f \left(x\right) = 3 \left(x - 1\right) \left(x - \frac{4}{3}\right) = \left(x - 1\right) \left(3 x - 4\right)$

Check. Develop $f \left(x\right) = 3 {x}^{2} - 4 x - 3 x + 4 = 3 {x}^{2} - 7 x + 4.$ Correct
