where $a=4 , b=-152 , c=690$ hence we have that

$x_1=1/2*(38-sqrt(754))$ and $x_2=1/2*(38+sqrt(754))$

Hence it can be factor as follows

$4x^2-152x+690=(x-x_1)*(x-x_2)$
