We let $x + 7$ be $a$ and $x$ be $b$.

$\implies {a}^{2} - {b}^{2}$

$\implies \left(a + b\right) \left(a - b\right)$

$\implies \left(x + 7 + x\right) \left(x + 7 - x\right)$

$\implies \left(2 x + 7\right) 7$

$\implies 7 \left(2 x + 7\right)$
