Comparing the first two terms with the last two terms on the right side
we see that they have a common factor of $(x + 2)$ $(x+2)$
$y = 10 x^{2} (x + 2) + 1 (x + 2)$ $y=10x^2(x+2)+1(x+2)$

$y = (10 x^{2} + 1) (x + 2)$ $y=(10x^2+1)(x+2)$
