The vertex has coordinates `V=(1/2, 7/4)`

The x coordinate can be calculated using

`V=(p,q)` where `p=(-b)/(2a)` and `q=(-Delta)/(4a)`

If you don't want to calculate `Delta` (or the exercise says not to do so) you can use the fact that `q=f(p)` that is calculate `q` as the value of `f(p)`
