# How do you graph y=cot(Θ-π/2)?

Feb 22, 2017

$y = \frac{1}{\tan \left(\theta - \frac{\pi}{2}\right)}$ make sure your calculator is in radian mode
Since $\cot \theta = \frac{1}{\tan} \theta$
$y = \cot \left(\theta - \frac{\pi}{2}\right) = y = \frac{1}{\tan \left(\theta - \frac{\pi}{2}\right)}$
