First graph y=x^2-5x+4y=x25x+4. Use a dashed line since this is a less than and not a less than or equal to inequality and the curve will not be an included region.

With graph plotted test for values inside and outside of the parabola.

Inside parabola:

(2,2)(2,2)

2 < (2)^2-5(2)+42<(2)25(2)+4

2 < 4-10+42<410+4

2 < -22<2

This is false, so included area is outside of parabola.
