1. Try move one square to the other side: $\sqrt{2 x + 1} = 5 - \sqrt{2 x + 6}$
2. Take a square and you will get: $2 x + 1 = 25 + 2 x + 6 - 10 \cdot \sqrt{2 x + 6}$
3. And now the 2xs are cancelled on both sides, rearrange and you will get: $10 \cdot \sqrt{2 x + 6} = 30$
