Radians : #tan^-1##(-0.2)##=##-0.197# when rounded to three decimal places

Degrees: #tan^-1##(-0.2)##=##-11.310# when rounded to three decimal places

Explanation:

(For most TI calculators), press the MODE button and select RADIAN by pressing down twice then pressing ENTER to put the calculator in radian mode.

Press the 2nd button then the MODE button to go back to your normal calculator screen.

Then, press the 2nd button then the TAN button to make this appear on your screen: #tan^-1##(#

Enter #-0.2# then close the parenthesis: #tan^-1##(-0.2)#

Press enter to get your result.

Repeat this process with degree mode by selecting DEGREE after pressing the MODE button.
