How do you write "n choose k" using the math formatting on Socratic?

The \binom and \choose commands from LaTeX don't seem to be working, and I couldn't find it on the Socratic Help Center.

Without hashtags, "((n),(r))" or ""^nC_r ".

You have to write this as though you are writing a matrix.

We do this as "((n),(r))".

This will look like #((n),(r))#.

You could also write #"^nC_r#, which looks like " "^nC_r ", or #""_nC_r#, which looks like " ""_nC_r ".
