$y = 3 {x}^{2} - 10 x - 14$

$a c = 3 \cdot - 14 = - 42 = - 3 \cdot 7 \cdot 2$

$- 14 + 3 = - 11 , - 7 + 6 = - 1 , - 21 + 2 = - 19$

As combination factors do not add upto-10, it’s not possible to find the factors.
