Basically, you need to know the shape of the graphs of Trigonometric functions.


Alright.. So after you've identified the basic shape of the graph, you need to know few basic details to completely sketch the graph. Which includes:

  1. Amplitude
  2. Phase shift (Vertical and Horizontal)
  3. Frequency/Period.
