Vertex form of equation is $y = 2 {\left(x + 3\right)}^{2} - 30$

$y = 2 {x}^{2} + 12 x - 12 \mathmr{and} y = 2 \left({x}^{2} + 6 x\right) - 12$ or

$y = 2 \left({x}^{2} + 6 x + 9\right) - 18 - 12$ or

$y = 2 {\left(x + 3\right)}^{2} - 30$ , comparing with vertex form of

equation  y= a(x-h)^2+k ; (h,k) being vertex we get here

$h = - 3 . k = - 30 \therefore$ Vertex is at $\left(- 3 , - 30\right)$ and vertex
