Humanistic Psychology or biopsychology/physiological psychology,

Explanation:

Those factors are really a mix - the reponses, thinking and social/cultural issues are really humanistic in orgin. The genetics and neurotransmitters are more in the physiological realm. That is a relatively newer "model" which I think fits into the broader humanistic model as a subset of factors.

A telling observation would be in how the therapist goes about a treatment. If it is primarily a drug-related therapy they are taking a physiological method approach. If it is primarily learning coping mechanisms and better self-awareness it would be a humanistic method approach.
