Why do parts of my answer randomly turn blue?

Sometimes when I answer a question, parts of the answer will turn blue as they link to a socratic page based on the text, yet nothing says about the answer being edited by someone.

Answer:

Because that's part of the plan!

Explanation:

It sounds to me like you've had a run it or two with Link Owl, our very own link bot #-># see here.

Link Owl is a bot that the team set up to add links to relevant Socratic content. The bot checks every answer posted on the site for keywords--think topic names here--and adds links to Socratic topic pages as hyperlinks.

The edit is not mentioned in the comments section because the answers are not being edited by someone, they are being edited by something :D
