Remember than there is a difference between concentrated sulphuric acid, which is predominantly (~96%) ${H}_{2} S {O}_{4} \left(l\right)$, and dilute sulphuric acid, which is in the form ${H}_{3} {O}^{+} \left(a q\right) + S {O}_{4}^{-}$(aq).
