Are covalent bonds insoluble in water?

Well, the question is not quite correct. Bonds are not soluble or insoluble in water. We are talking about compounds.
Generally speaking, ionic compounds are good soluble in water and also polar covalent compounds. Non-polar covalent compounds are not soluble in water. Of course, there are always exceptions.
