Both experience the same magnitude of force.

Explanation:

This is so due to Newton's 3rd Law of Motion which states that if body A exerts a force on body B, then body B exerts an equal magnitude but opposite direction force back on body A.

The force required is to change the momentum of the brick and is same magnitude on person and brick by Newton 3.
