I'm not sure with your question but innate intelligence, is called 'Fluid Intelligence' - this intelligence is actually your innate capacity/ your biological ability to acquire knowledge and solve problems. Components of this are: Reasoning Speed, Spatial and Inductive reasoning. So yeah, you actually use this in order to adapt in new environment/situation, etc...
