Let us divide it in two parts.

1 - #2<=-5x-13# or

#5x<=-13-2# or

#5x<=-15# or

#x<=-3#

2 - #-5x-13<7# or

#-13-7<5x# or

#5x> -20# or

#x> -4#

Hence solution is #-4<x<=-3#

and in interval notation it can be written as #(-4,-3]#
