A dark red-pink.

Explanation:

Litmus paper is an acid-base indicator. It turns red-pink in the presence of an acid, and blue in bases.

Hydrochloric acid is a strong acid therefore, not only would the litmus paper turn red-pink, but the colour would be very saturated.
