$16x^2+9<24x$ if and only if $16x^2- 24x +9 < 0$

But $16x^2- 24x +9 = (4x+3)^2$ which is never negative. (Is never less trhan $0$ .)

So the inequality has no solution.

How do you solve the inequality 16x^2+9<24x16x^2+9<24x?
