It will take thousands of years to see nay changein constellation patterns.
Explanation:
The stars are very far way and we can not notice changes in the patterns for thousands of years. The nearest star with highest proper motion called Barnard's star which have proper motion 10.3 arc seconds per year..One arc second is 1/3600 of a degree.
