When 20H combine with another 2OH would it form oh subscript 4?

If you're asking whether you get

color(red)(2"OH" + 2"OH" -> ("OH")_4)...

no, that doesn't make sense. ("OH")_4 doesn't exist, because oxygen generally only makes two bonds at a time, and hydrogen generally only makes one bond at a time.

"OH" is "O"-"H", but ("OH")_4 would be described by something like...

stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"

You should just get 4"OH"... meaning there is no reaction at all.
