Slope is #-1/2# and #y#-intercept is #-3/2#.

Explanation:

The slope intercept form of equation of a line is #y=mx+c#, where #m# is slope and #c# is it's intercept on #y# axis.

Hence, we should convert any equation of a line to the form #y=mx+c# i.e. solve it for #y# to get slope and #y#-intercept.

Hence, we can write the equation #3x+6y=-9# as

#6y=-3x-9#

or #y=-3/6x-9/6#

or #y=-1/2x-3/2#

Hence, slope is #-1/2# and #y#-intercept is #-3/2#.
