Here's what you can do.

Explanation:

Every time you happen to find an inappropriate answer, you can flag it for abuse or spam by clicking on that Suggest Improvements menu located right under the answer, and choosing Abuse or spam.

At that point, the answer will be automatically flagged and draw the team's attention.

As far as reporting users, anyone who posts an abuse/spam answer will come to the team's attention via the Abuse or spam flag.

Alternatively, you can @mention Becca or one of the five Heroes and we'll come check it out.

As a temporary solution until we get the change to remove such an answer, you could edit the answer to change its content and give us a shout.
