It is simply #x^2 + 2xy + y^2#.

To get this answer, you'd just need to separate this into #(x+y)(x+y)#, and then foil it out.

You'd get #x^2+xy+yx+y^2#

Now since #xy# and #yx# are mathematically the same thing, we can combine them to make #2xy#.

Hence the final answer is #x^2 + 2xy + y^2#.
